When Matthias posted this drink some time ago we just immediately felt the urge to re-shake it. We love that the cocktail contains both mezcal as well as an amaro and on top of that our all time favourite green bottle – Chartreuse.

Transcendence
Recipe by Matthias Soberon
Ingredients:
1,5 oz mezcal
0,5 oz amaro Nonino
0,75 oz lime juice
0,5 oz agave syrup
1 barspoon green Chartreuse
1 eggwhite or aquafaba
Mixing:
Dry shake all ingredients, and then shake again with ice. Fine strain into a coupe.
