Today we present yet another recipe by bartender superstar Madeleine Solo Rapp. Terra Linda is a smoky and slightly bittersweet cocktail that makes us feel very elegant drinking it.⁠

The deep red colour is quite striking, it is indeed a visual cocktail. But we do believe you also drink with your eyes. ⁠

We don’t use Dubonnet (a kind of fortified wine) very often, but in this drink it shows why it’s defending its shelf space in our home bar.⁠

Recipe by Madeleine Solo Rapp

Ingredients:


1,75 oz mezcal⁠
0,75 oz Dubbonet⁠
0,25 oz amaro Montenegro⁠
1 dash Angostura bitters⁠

Mixing:

Stir with fresh ice and strain into a coupe.⁠
