amaro nonino, creme de cacao, sweet vermouth, tequila
Baudouine presented by Cocktail Detour

We might have placed it on a rubber snake, but apart from that there is nothing winding about this cocktail. Because the Baudouine, created by Gino Pellarin is a very straightforward drink despite its many ingredients.

The result is so delicious! The chocolaty notes really shine through, mixing very well with the dry sherry and the aromatic tequila. This is one of those cocktails you wanna sip slowly on, enjoying for a long while.

1 dash orange bitters
2 dashes mole bitters
1 barspoon white crème de cacao
0,5 oz cream sherry
0,75 oz sweet vermouth
0,75 oz amaro Nonino
1,5 oz tequila

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a double rocks glass with a huge ice cube inside.
