A little brown it turned out, but the taste is anyway bursting with intricate flavors. There’s the aromatic violet liqueur, the powerful absinthe, the slightly sweet sloe gin and then tequila.
An interesting recipe indeed, that we think worked well. Always nice to use sloe gin, it’s such a vibrant product and we do appreciate its semi sweet character.

Ingredients:
1 oz tequila blanco
1 oz sloe gin
0,75 oz grapefruit juice
0,5 oz lemon juice
0,5 oz simple syrup
0,25 oz crème de violette
1/3 teaspoon absinthe
Mixing:
Shake all ingredients with fresh ice and strain into a coupe.
