There have been some hot days in Stockholm, so we wanted to do a refreshing cocktail with a lot of fruit. The Solero by Luke Smith was exactly what we were looking for with its fresh flavors, and big size. Not that boozy in the end, more of a two-in-a-row-is-doable-cocktail. Maybe we went a bit over the top with the cocktail umbrella styling, but it somehow felt appropriate for this drink.

1 oz Limoncello
1 oz melon liqueur
0,5 oz Cointreau
1 oz passion fruit puree
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
Shake everything but the juices with ice, strain and pour. Top up with orange juice and pineapple juice and add a big ice cube (and potentially a tiny umbrella).
