Cacao Negroni

 

This is a Negroni Cocktail, with an ever so slight twist. The Campari used has been infused with cacao nibs for 24 hours. Then we dried the nibs, making them perfect for drink decorations or maybe even in our breakfast cereals? We haven’t made any Negronis in a while, but the very first sip on this one reminded us why a Negroni is one of the best inventions in the whole wide cocktail world. Also the color of a Negroni is so stunning, hence the drink should definitely be served in a super clear crystal glass.

1 oz cacao nibs infues Campari
1 oz dry gin
1 oz sweet vermouth
Stir with ice, strain and pour
