Sloe Gin is so colorful, and always fun to use because of that. So when we saw the Sloe And Unsteady by Jessica Sanders in Imbibe Magazine we needed to try out the recipe.
When the slightly sweet sloe gin is combined with bitter Fernet a really interesting cocktail emerges. Apparently this is one of the bestsellers at Drink well in Austin, and we totally see why!
Sloe And Unsteady
1,5 oz sloe gin
0,5 oz Fernet-Branca
0,5 oz lime juice
0,5 oz honey syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Shake all ingredients with fresh ice and strain into a coupe glass.
