We love how this recipe combines Suze and akvavit, two rather distinct spirits, quite potent on their own.
But thanks to the other sweet ingredients in the drink, it ends up super pleasant with a bittersweet note and a lovely yellow colour.

Ingredients:
0,75 oz Suze
0,75 oz akvavit
0,66 oz lemon juice
0,5 oz Cocchi Americano Bianco
0,33 oz Maraschino liqueur
Mixing:
Shake all ingredients with fresh ice and strain into a chilled coupe.
