This is a simple but delicious drink, made with french Amer Picon which can be hard to find in some parts of the world. But if you ever get the chance to buy a bottle, do it!
The brandy float is a nice touch. It takes up the ABV a bit, and it also creates a flavour layer which is nice to sip the drink through.

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon grenadine
2,5 oz Amer Picon
1 oz brandy
Club Soda
Mixing:
In an ice-filled collins glass, add grenadine and Amer Picon. Top up with club soda and finally float the brandy on top.
