Scotch and mezcal combined in the same drink is not that common, and that’s the exakt reason this recipe caught our attention.
We really like how tasty it turned out, sipping this drink was pure enjoyment. We served it in heavy, ice-cold rocks glasses for that extra luxurious feel . . . and it worked!
Peat’s Dragon
Recipe by Kyle Jones
Ingredients:
1,5 oz scotch
1 oz mezcal
0,5 oz fino sherry
0,5 oz agave syrup
0,25 oz fresh lemon juice
Mixing:
Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
