This one is so delicious with all of that mezcal in it. And we think it is nicely complemented by the other ingredients in the drink; sherry and amaro CioCiaro.

Ingredients:
1,5 oz mezcal
0,5 oz oloroso sherry
0,5 oz Amaro CioCiaro
0,25 oz simple syrup
8 drops mole bitters
Mixing:
Stir all of the ingredients with fresh ice, strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
