The Manhattan Transfer Cocktail from Death & Co caught our interest as it contains Ramazotti, which we recently bought a bottle of. Of course there is also rye and (dry) vermouth in the cocktail as well as orange bitters. Like suggested in the book we served this nice cocktail in Nick & Nora glassware and somehow managed to capture its dark brown color on the photographs.
1,5 oz rye
1 oz dry vermouth
1 oz Ramazotti
1 dash orange bitters
Stir with ice, strain and pour.
