It was the two limes that caught our interest in this recipe. It’s kind of an imprecise measurement, but it’s anyway a lot of lime! So it’s no surprise that this drink turns out quite sour, especially when also the orange juice is added.
That big amount of chocolate liqueur however, counters the acidity pretty well. The combination of orange and chocolate is a classic, and it works brilliantly in this peculiar cocktail

Ingredients:
1,5 oz light rum
1 oz crème de cacao
juice of 2 limes
1 oz orange juice
Mixing:
Shake all ingredients, except the orange juice, with fresh ice and strain into a coupe. Top up with the orange juice.
