Champs Élysées is another classic cocktail that’s modern again. You can find it in The Savoy Cocktail Book where it’s described as a group-cocktail for six people. And yes, Champs Élysées works wonders at a cocktail party. The original recipe doesn’t state weather to to use green or yellow Chartreuse and searching on the web you will find both versions. This time we decided to go green, and follow the proportions from Death & Co book.

2 oz cognac
0,5 oz green chartreuse
0,75 oz lemon juice
