Japanese whisky is an ingredient that feels a little extra luxurious we think. Using it also makes us think about our trip to Tokyo in 2019, which somehow feels very distant right now.
Here the nice whisky is combined in a slightly unusual way with passion fruit syrup and Aperol. It actually comes together real nicely and we savored each sip of this one.

Ingredients:
1,5 oz Japanese whisky
0,5 oz Aperol
1 oz passion fruit syrup
0,5 oz lime juice
soda water to top up with
Mixing:
Shake all ingredients but the club soda with ice and strain into a tall glass. Top up with club soda.
Glassware:
highball
