Scotch and mezcal combined in the same drink is not that common, and that’s the exakt reason this recipe caught our attention. ⁠

We really like how tasty it turned out, sipping this drink was pure enjoyment. We served it in heavy, ice-cold rocks glasses for that extra luxurious feel . . . and it worked!⁠

Peat’s Dragon

Recipe by Kyle Jones

Ingredients:

1,5 oz scotch⁠
1 oz mezcal⁠
0,5 oz fino sherry⁠
0,5 oz agave syrup⁠
0,25 oz fresh lemon juice

Mixing:

Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.⁠
