The name might be short and easy, but the cocktail is long and complex. It is made with three different sweeteners, each one full of distinct flavor. Then there is the Dry Rye gin in a rather small amount followed by a generous splash of genever. Very noticeable is also the colour of this drink, it gets intensely yellow, making it look very tempting.

Ingredients:
1 barspoon cinnamon syrup
0,25 oz ginger syrup
0,5 oz maple syrup
0,5 oz St. George Dry Rye gin
0,75 oz lemon juice
1,5 oz genever
Mixing:
Shake with fresh ice and fine strain into a coupe.
