With this strawberry daiquiri we bid our last farewell to the summer. It’s definitely autumn in Sweden now, but through cocktails you can always travel – both through seasons and through the world.
This strawberry daiquiri is elevated to the next level thanks to an addition of sherry. It helps balancing the sweet notes of the cocktail, and it goes really well with strawberries. A tiny pinch of salt and pepper adds a spicy tone to the drink which once again is perfect to counter the sweetness in the drink.
Farewell summer! Although you were quite different this time we still thoroughly enjoyed you!
