After visiting Niklas Ekstedts resturang in Stockholm we wanted to try to make their cocktail Smoke That Flower ourself. New to, but excited about mezcal we really think that its one of the most exciting cocktail ingredients. The cocktail is a sour so we tried a standard sour recipe

Smoke That Flower

1 oz mezcal

1 oz pisco

0,5 oz elderflower liqueur

0,5 oz fresh lemon juice

agave syrup to taste

1 egg white

Shake vigorously with ice. A few drops of bitter on top.
