This one turned out so delicious. It is somehow a bit lighter compared to the original, and using saké instead of rum moves this cocktail in a much elegant Asian direction.
For us it got extra authentic as we were able yo use a bottle of saké that we bought ourselves when we were in Japan last summer. The label is only in Japanese so we don’t really know what brand it is, or even what type of saké it is. However, we got to try it in the store before buying the bottle so we knew we would love it.
