We’re going low ABV again with this cider-based cocktail. Cider is a good way of lowering the alcohol by volume while still keeping the drink festive and sparkling.
The cranberry cordial is easy to make. Boil down about two thirds of some store-bought cranberry juice. Add about the same amount of sugar and let it melt on low heat. This way you’re creating almost a syrup, that tastes of cranberries.
The nice bouquet of flowers we got from our friends who was visiting us for dinner and drinks. Hence there are four glasses in some of the photos.
Cheers!
