The “Platinum Blonde” is another cream cocktail. This time it’s equal parts, so the creamy feeling is quite apparent. According to Lesley Blume’s cocktail book, this cocktail is supposed to evoke your inner Marilyn Monroe. Not really sure if it did just that to us, but we anyway enjoyed the cocktail, and appreciated its relatively small size (1,5 oz in total).
0,5 oz light rum
0,5 oz curacao
0,5 oz cream
Shake with ice, strain and pour.
