Pirate Radio

cocchi americano, green chartreuse, rum, suze
Pirate Radio presented by Cocktail Detour

A few months ago Jennifer Erickson @sheepishjen stirred up and posted a Pirate Radio cocktail by Jason Walsh @nycmixology who also himself posted it in his feed even earlier. And now, half a year later this Pirate Radio has found its way to Stockholm, and the snowy weather that was present during this shoot.

An edible orchid is the suggested garnish, however on Swedish latitudes these exotic flowers are rare. What we do have though, in plenty during this time of the year, are tulips. Hence that’s what our cocktails are garnished with instead.

The pineapple rum is super delicious. And it smells so nice as soon as you open the bottle. And mixing it with other tasty things such as green Chartreuse, Cocchi and Suze ensures a fabulous outcome. Cheers J&J and thanks for posting!
