This is a very Christmassy drink, it’s frothy, spicy, creamy and boozy. The Zacapa 23 rum is a great choice in this drink, it blends very smoothly with the horchata.⁠

And with Christmas just around the corner, this is our way of wishing everybody a Merry Christmas!⁠

1,5 oz Zacapa 23 rum⁠
1,5 oz horchata*⁠


Shake both ingredients with fresh ice and strain into a glass. Grate some nutmeg over.⁠

*To make the horchata, mix 1 deciliter each of condensed milk, rice milk and boiled rice in a pan. Add a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Gently simmer on low heat, until the condensed milk has “melted” a bit. ⁠
