The “L’Amour en Fuite” is our first post, out of four, with cocktails from Jamie Boudreau’s The Canon Cocktail Book. This pale yellow cocktail is made of four equally interesting ingredients, and combined they create a dry but fresh cocktail. Translated to English the cocktail is called “Love on the Run”.
0,25 oz absinthe
1,5 oz gin
0,75 oz Lillet Blanc
0,25 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
Rinse desired glassware with the absinthe and discard excess (or keep if you want more licorice flavor). Stir all other ingredients with lots of fresh ice. Strain and pour.
