One of the first drinks we’ve made outside on our balcony this spring. La Belle Fille intrigued us with that spiced pear liqueur in it, a bottle we love a lot. It’s very fruity, almost exotic, but has that stingy feature which works fantastically in a cocktail.
La Belle Fille

Ingredients:
1,5 oz gin
0,75 oz Bruto Americano
0,25 oz apricot liqueur
1 barspoon spiced pear liqueur
0,25 oz simple syrup
3 dashes Peychaud’s
Mixing:
Stir all ingredients with fresh ice and strain into a rocks glass.
