In our second post on World Chartreuse Day we feature the Jaguar cocktail by Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli. In general it’s these kind of recipes, mixing several rather characteristic spirits, that catches our attention. Combining tequila, Chartreuse and Amer Picon might seem bold, but the cocktail it results in is so nice!

 

Jaguar

1,5 oz tequila blanco
0,75 oz Amer Picon
0,75 oz green Chartreuse
3 dashes of orange bitters
Stir with ice, pour and strain into a coupe glass
