Being the coffee lovers we are, this caffeine-twist on a classic G&T suits us perfectly, especially in the current Swedish heatwave. Combining coffee and tonic water with a splash of honey guarantees a both refreshing and interesting flavour experience. And the ABV is easily altered by adding more or less of the tonic water.
Honeyed Coffee Gin & Tonic

Ingredients:
1 oz gin
0,5 oz honey syrup
1,5 oz cold-brew coffee
tonic water
Mixing:
Combine the coffee, honey syrup and gin in an ice-filled Collins glass. Stir to chill, then top with tonic water. Garnish with an orange twist.
