The combination of different spirits in the Filby cocktail made it catch our interest. And it turns out mixing amaretto and Campari, two very distinguished ingredients, makes for a great cocktail! It’s sweet and bitter at the same time, it’s rich and nutty and of course it’s also herbal from the gin.

This is a 3,75 oz recipe so if you make it be prepared for a rather large drink! It’s a great cocktail to sip in the garden. As we live in an apartment we don’t have one, but we still managed to create the feeling of a garden didn’t we?


2 oz gin
0,75 oz amaretto
0,5 oz dry vermouth
0,5 oz Campari
Stir with ice, strain and pour.
