This exotic cocktail won the 2017 Italian edition of Bacardi Legacy, and it’s easy to understand why. The mix of rum and orgeat give the drink heavy tiki vibes, while the big splash of lime keeps things refreshing. The mint leaves, shaken together with the other ingredients, add just a hint of herbal flavour that finishes this drink in the most perfect of ways.

Ingredients:
2 oz light rum
0,5 oz fresh lime juice
0,5 oz orgeat
0,25 oz maraschino liqueur
2-3 mint leaves
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Mixing:
Shake all ingredients vigorously with fresh ice and fine strain into a coupe. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
