Edgewood

gin, lillet blanc, punt e mes
Edgewood presented by Cocktail Detour

As Punt E Mes is one of the ingredients in Greg Best’s Edgewood cocktail, it gets an almost golden colour making it look very appealing. And it also tastes phenomenal, being a bit bitter and sweet at the same time.

When poured into coupes this cocktail almost looks like a beer we think. We are also playing with perspectives in this photo (these glasses are actually tiny) and this further enhance the beer look.

This cocktail is perfect for sipping on a Saturday. It’s sophisticated, interesting and full of flavour. If you’re currently thinking of a beer, why not make an Edgewood instead?
