Cuevas

portwine, punt e mes, rum
Cuevas presented by Cocktail Detour

So after stirring this cocktail, shooting it, editing the photos, making a short video clip and writing the recipe – we realized we have already featured this drink on our web page and in all our social media channels.

So there were now two options. Discarding this new post, or running it anyway – revealing what a short memory we have. We chose the latter. So slightly embarrassed we hereby present – once more – the Cuevas cocktail by Dane Barca.

And actually this is a cocktail that deserves to be made more than once. It’s a deliciously composed rum driven drink, with spicy cinnamon and ruby red fortified wine as sidekicks. There is a lot(!) of rum in it, so sip slowly, and as always – enjoy thoughtfully.
