Conan the Rhubarbian presented by Cocktail Detour


The name of this cocktail is enough reason to make it. But apart from that it is also well worth doing because it’s a really delicious drink. To us it has summer written all over it thanks to that rhubarb in it.⁠

What we thought was extra exciting was how the rhubarb is combined with semi bitter Aperol. It turns out those two were pretty much meant to be in the same glass. This recipe is absolutely fantastic and we urge you to try it.⁠

Conan the Rhubarbian

1,75 oz gin⁠
1 oz Aperol⁠
1 oz rhubarb syrup


Stir all ingredients with fresh ice and strain into a coupe.
