We enjoy low ABV drinks that are still very much interesting, elegant and tasty. Bamboo is one of these cocktails, made with sherry and vermouth. It creates a dry but uplifting drink that you will definitely enjoy sipping on.
We served this cocktail in new glassware. Not really coupes, rather tiny rocks glasses. We thought they were quite stunning when we found them in a charity shop.

Recipe adapted by Difford’s Guide
Ingredients:
1,5 oz fino sherry
1 oz sweet vermouth
0,75 oz dry vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
Mixing:
Stir all ingredients with fresh ice and strain into a chilled glass.
