We just think there’s something very elegant with clear cocktails. It’s like you cant’t hide something, so the cocktail ends up looking very pure. It can still be potent though, in this recipe there is a large amount of gin, and just like with a Martini it is only ever so slightly enhanced with dry vermouth. The addition of the sweet elderflower, combined with the celery bitters is of course what makes this recipe different – and so in the most delicious way!
