Using apple brandy and Calvados is a great way when you want to create those summery cocktails. The apple flavour is very refreshing, at the same time maintaining that stiffness we often want from a cocktail.
Now there are quite a few ingredients in this one, but most are only added in small amounts. It’s still vary much the apple brandy defining the drink.
We actually swapped the apple juice and the honey syrup for an Apple, Honey & Lemon still drink from The Soho Juice co – which worked fantastically well and saved us one step in the creation process =)

Ingredients:
2 oz apple brandy
0,33 oz Pedro Ximénes sherry
0,5 tsp Maraschino liqueur
0,66 oz lemon juice
0,33 oz honey syrup
1 oz apple juice
Mixing:
Shake all ingredients with fresh ice and strain into a coupe.
