Let’s talk about the elephant in the room. It’s pink. It contains a lot of gin. It’s created by Brian Miller in 2009. It is served at Death & Co in New York City. The Pink Elephant Cocktail is actually not that pink in the end, but it kind of tastes like pink with that grapefruit juice and blackberry liqueur in it. A bit sour and sweet at the same time, and a good reason for buying a bottle of blackberry liqueur.
2 oz dry gin
1 teaspoon maraschino liqueur
1 teaspoon blackberry liqueur
0,75 oz grapefruit juice
0,5 oz lime juice
1 teaspoon simple syrup
Shake with ice, strain and pour
