Being Swedes our hearts beat a little extra for recipes featuring Swedish bottles. And it’s exciting to see how punsch is finding its way to different corners of the world. It’s an aromatic and flavour packed product that works so good in cocktails (and not only warm in a glass, accompanying pea soup on Thursdays – yep that’s the traditional way of consuming it). Here the punsch is paired with tequila and slow gin, giving the drink both colour and flavour. And even if the lemon juice is only added in a tiny amount it still feels very rebellious to stir the cocktail rather than shaking it.
