We love shaking. (It’s even more fun than stirring). But sometimes just popping a bottle of nice Champagne is equally satisfying. Of course there are several Champagne based cocktails to try, some of them really good. But in the end we prefer drinking the Champagne on it’s own, truly enjoying the crafted flavors.
