A Rubberband Man, that’s what I’m holding in my hand (together with a rather large amount of rubber bands). This balancing act was well worth the effort though, this cocktail is a really nice one!
When we found the recipe we were primarily intrigued by two things; the funny name of the cocktail and the Cardamaro content. Cardamaro is a low ABV amaro with a really nice flavour, almost of ginger bread but slightly more bitter.
Here it is mixed with both rum and Cognac, and a small amount of Benedictine liqueur to create a rather adult and boozy cocktail. Do like us and pour the drink over a huge ice cube, then you can sip on the cocktail for a rather long while.
