We have already done several cocktails from Death & Co’s black book, but there are still so many to do! The Puerto Rican Racer is a rum based cocktail with flavors of both apple and herbs. Also it includes Peychaud’s bitters which we really like, both for its taste and for its color. The golden tone of this cocktail gives it a luxurious feel, and the taste is definitely there!
2 oz rum
0,5 oz apple brandy
0,5 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1 dash Peychaud’s bitters
1 teaspoon grenadine
Stir over ice, strain and pour.
