Some liquors you should not blend a cocktail with, supreme cognac is one of them. At Christmas time with all great food one can always enjoy a classic avec. A Christmas favorite of ours is Swedish classic Grönstedts. John Daniel Grönstedt started to blend his cognac already 1846 in Stockholm.
Today we are drinking Grönstedts XO Noël 2016, a very nice spirit. Its taste is described as: chocolate fudge, marsipan, clementine, ginger and its character is mature and full-bodied.
We certainly got to enjoy a glass of quality cognac after dinner this Christmas.
