The “Goat’s Delight” cocktail initially scared us a bit, as there is cream in the recipe. We are normally not fans of cream cocktails, but as it was combined with nice things such as Cognac, Kirschwasser and orgeat we decided to dive into the wild. And actually there is only half a teaspoon of cream in this cocktail, so it doesn’t really flavour the drink but rather gives it a smooth and silky texture.
0,75 oz brandy
0,75 oz Kirschwasser
0,5 teaspoon cream
1 dash Pernod
1 dash orgeat
Stir with ice, strain and pour.
