Being on a Berlin weekend means the possibility to buy some hard-to-get-in-Sweden bottles. We visited the two major department stores in Berlin; Galeria Kaufhof and KaDeWe, both offering well stocked liquor departments. We bought the following bottles.
Yellow Chartreuse (vital in a “Widows Kiss”)
St-Germain (the original elderflower liqueur)
San Cosme Mezcal (quickly becoming a favourite cocktail ingredient)
Obstrand aus Äppfeln und Birnen (German eau de vie, we have no idea at the moment how to use it)
Barsol Pisco (for those Pisco Sours)
Antica Formula (premium sweet vermouth)
Gabriel Boudier Crème de Cassis (used in several cocktails, among them the “Parisian Martini”
