Tequila and lime is a classic combination that is always good. In this recipe elderflower liqueur acts as a sweetener and Punt e Mes brings both flavour and a fantastic colour.

This recipe is very enjoyable, and we are extra fond of the tequila and mezcal mix – they combine very well.

Chupacabra

Recipe from The Gallows bar

Ingredients:

1 oz reposado tequila
1 oz St Germain
0,5 oz Punt e Mes
0,5 oz lime juice
1 barspoon mezcal

Mixing:

Shake with fresh ice and fine strain into a coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel.
