After seeing this recipe over at Cocktailpodden we knew we needed to try it with our Belsazar Riesling vermouth. There’s something enchanting about recipes like this, with only two ingredients.
The Riesling vermouth really got its chance to shine here, backed up only by delicious maraschino liqueur, and of course garnished with a maraschino cherry and some tiny flowers.
We enjoyed this drink a lot. It is dry in a rather subtle way, while there is still some sweetness thanks to the cherries, and also thanks to the Belsazar Riesling vermouth that we used.
